Can you still get pregnant even if?

can a women still get pregnant even if her dh don't finish. my dh got a bad cramp in his leg and we had to stop, we tried to bd again but it was a no go i don't think i am ovulating but i just wondered cuz this happened before and i don't know what to do if it keeps happening.
