Should the NFL and the NBA have affirmative action for non-blacks?

after all the liberals believe that diversity is the most desirable goal, to be set above all others. Why are most of the players black when they are only 15% of the population. Why so few whites, asians, hispanics, and native americans? This is not fair. They should let in lesser qualified non-black players over the more qualified black players to achieve diversity. The NBA especially needs diversity training. who cares about actual performance? Diversity is the most important to Mr. Liberal.
