Where can i find a banquet hall with no catering provided?

heyy i need help finding a banquet hall/ reception hall with no catering provided for my 15... it has to be in the antioch, pittsburg, concord, ca area...it also has to be affordable... please helpp me find one and a nice one...thx:)
