Which Hispanics are smarter?

I say Cubans are more intelligent. They know what it's like to be poor and come from a communist country. Therefore they value the American Dream. And the end result is they vote Republican. Mexican Hispanics are getting a bad rap much to the same demise blacks have gotten for voting Democrat which is all about free Government handouts at working middle cl expense. Are Mexican Hispanics going to fall in the same rut or will they show America they don't want handouts. And As I watch the Mitt Romney campaign in FL. I see Cuban Americans say the Pledge of the Allegiance and Pray thanking God they live in America. Are Mexicans as thankful as Cubans?
