Mike Meyers character name from SNL?

Mike Meyers played a British type of musician and he was a guest on a talk show and when he talked he would start by talking clearly and then his sentences would degenerate into half laughing jibberish. If anyone knows what this character's name was on SNL please respond. I have checked on the SNL archive with all the names of characters and it wasn't on there. Thanks
