Does Carter's make sleep n'plays for sizes larger than 9M?

I love the footed carter's sleep n'plays for my son. He only really does the "sleep" part in those, but they're perfect for sleeping. He's 7.5 months and is getting too long for the 9M sizes and I've checked the usual places and can't find carter's footed PJ's for 12M or higher. HELP!! I like the Carter's ones because they're thicker, softer and longer than the others.
