Grand Jury fails to indict Joe Horn for killing burglar's of neighbors home?

I'm a Texan, & as such, fail to see why CNN & other news organizations are lobbying to force Texans to live in fear as they do. From my perspective, if you are stealing my neighbor's property, I'll do my level best to stop you. Horn busted up a crime wave when he shot these people. What is your perspective?
