I am on prednisone for a flare up in my throat from a bad sinus infection. Can I drink while taking them.?

I still hav 7 days left and I am goin on a float trip in 3 days and would like to know if it is safe to drink. I am only a social drinker and I cont take any other meds besides antibiotics right now.
