Morning star "meat" crumbles?

when my parents bring them home they have already thawed completely(they buy them in the morning and brinh them home really late in the day), but we put them back in the freezer. i read on the package that you must keep them frozen. is this a health concern? what i mean is that there could be something bad happening when it thaws....que ce soit, j'ai besoin d'aide
